How It Works
Three ways we charge
Most engagements are one of these, or a combination — a platform subscription with a project alongside it, for example.
Platform subscription
For the forex and real-estate platforms. A monthly fee that scales with users, agents and the modules you switch on. Onboarding and configuration are included — there is no separate setup fee for the platform itself.
Fixed-price project
For development work with a definable scope — a website, an app, a store, a marketplace. We scope a phase, quote it, and deliver against it. Later phases are quoted separately once you have used the first.
Monthly retainer
For work that continues — marketing, SEO, maintenance and ongoing development. An agreed monthly scope you can adjust or stop, rather than a long lock-in contract.
Transparency
What changes the number
We would rather you understood the levers than be surprised by a figure. These are the things that move a quote up or down — and in most cases you can start narrower and expand later.
You get the scope in writing before anything begins, and we will tell you when something you have asked for isn’t worth paying for.
- Which modules and services you actually need
- Number of users, agents or seats
- Integrations with your existing systems
- How much customisation your workflow requires
- Data migration from your current tools
- Whether you want ongoing support after launch
Pricing questions, answered
Why don’t you publish a fixed price list?
Because the four pillars are commercially different. A platform subscription for a brokerage and a custom marketplace build are not comparable products, and a single public price list would either be wrong for most buyers or so heavily caveated it tells you nothing. We scope what you actually need and quote against that.
How is the forex platform priced?
As a monthly subscription for the platform — CRM, trader’s room, back office, IB management, KYC and payments — scaled by users and the modules you enable. Setup services such as company formation, licensing, MT5 white-label or liquidity are scoped and quoted separately.
How are development and marketing engagements priced?
Development is quoted as a fixed price against an agreed scope, usually broken into phases so you get something usable early. Marketing, SEO and maintenance run as monthly retainers with a defined scope you can adjust.
Are there setup fees?
Platform onboarding and configuration are included in the subscription. Separate services — a licensing application, a custom build, a data migration — are quoted upfront so there are no surprises later.
Can we start small and expand later?
Yes, and we usually recommend it. Start with the platform or the first project phase, then add modules, industries or services as you need them. You are not required to buy the whole stack to begin.
How quickly can we get a quote?
Book a free consultation and we will walk through your requirements. For most engagements we can come back with a scoped quote within a few working days; larger builds may need a short discovery phase first.
